How is the VIP van different from the private van and the minibus?
Choose VIP seating within a four-person, four-bag limit. The private van carries six passengers and six bags; the minibus twelve of each. All three are private for your group.

Fares are one way for listed hotel districts. VIP and private van share the IST fare; at SAW the VIP van costs less. Choose by cabin preference and actual luggage fit, rather than assuming VIP means a higher fare or more space. Airport fast-track, lounge admission and assistance from an aircraft gate are not inclusions of this road-transfer offer.

What does a VIP transfer cost from IST and SAW, and what is included?
A VIP van hotel transfer costs €55 per vehicle from IST or €65 per vehicle from SAW, one way. The fare is the same for each listed district and for the reverse hotel pickup. Compare all vehicle fares.
Tolls, fuel, parking, meet & greet, name sign, flight tracking and VAT are included. There is no night or holiday surcharge on the transfer fare. Extra stops need a quote. Your fare is fixed once the team confirms; a later route or vehicle change may change it. Airport-to-airport travel has its own tariff, so ask the team about your exact route rather than reusing a hotel fare.

How do I book a VIP airport transfer?
Select your airport, hotel district and VIP van. IST VIP requests and SAW VIP requests keep the airport choice with your vehicle.
Add travel date, flight number, hotel name or address, contact details and every passenger's full passport name. Include bags, child-seat needs and large items. Save your request reference. The reservation team confirms availability and your booking separately, followed by an email voucher; a reference alone is not a confirmed ride. Driver details arrive the day before.
Where does my driver meet me, and what if my flight is late?
At IST, meet at Gate 9 of the arrivals building. At SAW, meet across from area 10 on the arrivals forecourt. Look for the red CEO 34 board and your name sign; the team confirms the location again. See the real meeting-point photos in the IST pickup details and SAW pickup details.
We track your flight. You get 90 free minutes from actual landing, with no flight-delay or early-landing charge. If immigration or bags take longer, Message us on WhatsApp before the allowance ends. Extra waiting is charged in 15-minute periods only by advance agreement, with the amount confirmed first. Tell the team if the flight number, date or arrival airport changes. Stay at the meeting point and call if you cannot find your driver.
Can I book a private chauffeur by the hour in Istanbul?
Yes, chauffeur-by-the-hour arrangements are available on request. Send your date, start point, planned stops and approximate hours. Ask on WhatsApp for a quote.
Your quote identifies the vehicle, start and finish time, included hours, operating area, any mileage allowance, included costs and additional-hour terms before confirmation. Airport hotel-transfer fares do not price an hourly arrangement. Waiting, fuel, tolls, parking and out-of-city travel follow the quoted scope; no minimum hours or overtime amount is assumed. This is a chauffeur arrangement rather than a promised guided-tour programme.

Can I book the VIP van back to the airport?
Yes. The same airport/vehicle fare applies in reverse for listed districts. Give your hotel address and flight details so the team can confirm pickup. Address pickups include 20 free minutes from the confirmed time. Use the Return option for both journeys; for arrival and departure at different airports, send two one-way requests. Can I add child seats or extra luggage?
Free child seats need each child's age, weight and height so the team can confirm suitability. Declare cabin bags, pushchairs, extra cases and sports equipment alongside the four-suitcase limit. More seats or luggage may require a different vehicle; do not assume the VIP cabin creates extra capacity. For a wheelchair or pet, ask before booking.

Can I cancel or change my VIP transfer?
Cancellation received at least 24 hours before confirmed pickup is free. Date, time or address changes requested at least 24 hours ahead have no change fee; later changes depend on availability and route or vehicle changes can affect the fare. Later cancellation or no-show may be charged the full fare.
