Which vehicle fits your group and luggage?

Private van: Mercedes Vito with leather seats and USB charging, for up to six passengers and six bags. It suits families or friends who fit within both limits.

Can you bring child seats, a pushchair or extra luggage?
Baby and child seats are free; add each child's age, weight and height to your request so the team can confirm a suitable seat. A baby seat is roughly for ages one to three, a booster roughly three to six; suitability depends on the child's details.
Mention pushchairs, skis, golf bags and extra or oversized cases before booking. Passenger capacity alone does not establish luggage fit. For wheelchair equipment or a pet, ask the team before booking so the vehicle and arrangement can be checked.
Where does your driver meet you at Istanbul Airport?
At Istanbul Airport (IST) the meeting point is Gate 9 of the arrivals building, where our vehicles wait: look for the red CEO 34 board and for a sign with your name. Our reservation team confirms it again with your booking.
Your driver's name, photo and phone number arrive the day before. Give a reachable mobile or WhatsApp number with your request and keep the confirmation available after landing. If you cannot find the driver, call or message them or our reservation line on +90 501 235 06 70, and stay at the meeting point. Do not leave with anyone else. Send any change to your arrival airport or flight number to the reservation team.
What if your flight is late or you land at night?
If your flight is early or delayed, we track its number and your driver adjusts pickup. The 90 free minutes start at actual landing. There is no flight-delay or early-landing charge, and no night or holiday surcharge on the transfer fare.
If immigration or bags take longer, message the team on WhatsApp. Extra waiting is charged in 15-minute periods only by advance agreement, with its price confirmed before it applies; a very long wait may become a no-show. For a landing after midnight, enter the new calendar date. Availability for your date and hour is confirmed by the team.
