Who is the minibus for, and how many people and bags fit?
The minibus suits seven to twelve travellers who want to share a private vehicle. It can serve large families, wedding guests, congress delegates and team trips within its twelve-person, twelve-bag capacity. For a smaller group, compare the van classes:

These are one-way hotel-transfer rates. Count every child and traveller in your group and give the full luggage list. Skis, golf bags, instruments or oversized cases need advance fit confirmation. What does a minibus airport transfer cost?
The minibus costs €65 per vehicle from IST or €75 per vehicle from SAW, one way, for listed hotel districts. The rate is the same for hotel pickup back to that airport. It is a vehicle fare, without a separate ticket price for each passenger.
Tolls, fuel, parking, meet & greet, name sign, flight tracking and VAT are included. There is no night or holiday surcharge on the transfer fare. Extra stops are quoted separately. Airport-to-airport transfers have a different tariff; do not apply these hotel rates to an IST–SAW journey. Compare all vehicle fares and the payment and cancellation terms.
How do I book a minibus for a wedding, congress or team trip?
For one minibus, send a normal request with the minibus selected. For corporate airport transfers, wedding guests or a more complex event, send the whole plan so the reservation team can confirm suitable arrangements.
For Galataport transfers for cruise groups, also send the ship name and expected disembarkation time. Port pickup arrangements and the fare require a separate quote.

Collect the group's details before sending so the team can see the full requirement. You deal with the reservation team about the plan; an on-site event coordinator, monthly invoicing or a fixed group discount is not assumed. Request at least 24 hours ahead where possible. What if our group is larger than 12 or arrives on several flights?
Send your group details on WhatsApp before booking. Give the total group size, flights, arrival dates, bags and hotel addresses so the team can check what is possible for your date. Do not put more than twelve people into a single-minibus request or assume multiple vehicles are already reserved.
For separate flight arrivals, ask how pickup and waiting would work for the combined group. The normal airport waiting rule should not be treated as a promise to wait indefinitely for another flight. If your plan changes, send the updated flights and group details before the team confirms the revised arrangement.
Where does the driver meet our group, and what if a flight is late?
At IST, meet at Gate 9 of the arrivals building. At SAW, meet across from area 10 on the arrivals forecourt. Look for the red CEO 34 board and name sign; the team confirms the meeting instructions. Your driver's name, photo and phone number arrive the day before.
We track the flight and adjust pickup. Free waiting runs for 90 minutes from actual landing, with no flight-delay or early-landing charge. Extra waiting requires advance agreement in 15-minute periods, with its amount confirmed first. Report changed flights promptly. Can the minibus take our group back to the airport?
Yes, the same per-vehicle fare applies in reverse for a listed district. Send the flight number and departure time so the team can confirm the hotel pickup time. Hotel pickups include 20 free minutes from the confirmed time. For arrival and departure at different airports, make two one-way requests. Why do you need every passenger's full name?
The request asks for each traveller's full name as it appears on their passport. Collect the list before sending the group request, and check spelling with the passengers. The reservation team uses your submitted travel and contact details to arrange the transfer. Ask the team if a passenger changes; do not assume a saved request has been updated without confirmation.

How do we pay?
Pay in the vehicle by card or cash in EUR, TRY or USD. Nothing is paid online. Companies can ask for an invoice.
Can we cancel or change the booking?
Cancellation received at least 24 hours before confirmed pickup is free. Date, time or address changes requested at least 24 hours ahead have no change fee; later changes depend on availability. Route or vehicle changes can change the fare. Later cancellation or no-show may be charged the full fare.
